I spoke to the manager several times before and after dropping off my vehicle. He was extremely patient and proactively explained everything thoroughly, more than I would have expected from any auto shop. The price he quoted for maintenance work came with a guarantee and was well priced. On top of that, the shop and mechanics were in good spirits, so it at least felt like they enjoyed their job, even in the summer heat. All of this was reassuring, I’m likely to come back here for future repair and maintenance.

Came in to get some work done on my vehicle and thought I would be in for a rough ride but the guys here made it a smooth easy going process. Explained everything that was wrong didn’t make me feel like they were upselling anything that wasn’t necessary. They got my vehicle running right and me back on the road with a peace sound of mind. Thank you to the manager Charles I believe he was also very helpful in explaining what was personally wrong with my vehicle. Thank You again would recommend

If you had 10 stars they would get them all!!. very friendly from the phone quote throughout each step of the diagnosis. Did recommendations I have never heard about, educated me why and how often they are needed.. VERY thorough, pleasant service with a smile. Charles was amazing, sent me pictures of all the concerns, gave me pricing and paying options to get the work done. Things that they were not able to do he gave me places to go. The techs were all pleasant and looked like they loved their job. My truck is running great and if I have ANY problem.. I will be calling Charles!! You have a wonderful location with great people! Kudos to them all!!

I had a great experience at this business. I mostly interacted with the manager, I believe he said his name was Charles. He was the most professional and informative mechanic I’ve ever interacted with. This was my first time at tune up plus and it was for a state inspection - I walked in shortly after it opened (they don’t take appointments for that). The inspection identified that I needed work done on my brakes. That work was completed in a timely manner. I had a couple of other things I opted to do as well, unrelated to the inspection result. Altogether I was there from 0730 to about 1200. Another thing I really appreciated was Charles bringing me back to my car to explain current repairs, repairs and maintenance likely needed in the future and why, and a break down of pricing for all of it. I will definitely be coming back because the attention to detail and great communication skills I experienced here are something I have not experienced at other businesses.

Fantastic! They got me in and out for a state inspection within about 90 minutes on a Friday towards the end of the Month before my inspection expired. I did luck out as it was a slow morning but I headed over a little after 8am and was pretty much done by 9:15 or so. They were also great at explaining some observations and explained what they were suggesting/recommending what other services I should consider and may want to agree to since they had the time while my car was there. I never felt pressured to get the roughly 3 services they were suggesting. I did take their recommendation to get the engine air filter changed as it was looking pretty dingy and it just made sense. I passed on the fuel injection and the coolant flushes, I had gotten both of those done not that long ago while I was out of state. But really appreciated the heads up and also the no pressure discussion as a woman, this is really appreciated as I would prefer not to be considered a clueless woman nor treated like one. I highly recommend this location. They are very professional and quite nice. You can also just plug your computer in and work away while you wait. They get a 10 out 10 from me!
